- Accommodation Rules -

Check-out time: 11:00; late check-out fee NT$1,500/hour
Each room is charged for two people. The additional charges for additional people are as follows:
＊One night and three meals
- Children aged 3-6 NT$1,000 per person (breakfast and DIY included)
- Children aged 7-12 NT$3,500/person (including afternoon tea, dinner, breakfast the next day, DIY craft)
- 13 years old (inclusive) Adult NT$4,500/person (including afternoon tea, dinner, breakfast the next day, DIY handicraft)
- Pets can only be accommodated in sky tents, and an additional fee of NT$1,000 per pet will be charged

- For lunch, you need to bring the meal coupon provided by Balan Shanqiu to the Sunny Day Café (No. 23-2, Taomi Road, Puli Township, Nantou County 545) for on-site dining. You can choose to go on the check-in or check-out day.

- Park Convention -

DIY and park tours are subject to adjustment depending on the weather conditions on the day.
The time and method of meal and activity supply are in accordance with the announcement. Please be sure to redeem and participate on time. No waiting will be allowed after the time limit.
For food safety, please do not bring any fresh food into the park for heating and consumption.
It is prohibited to light fires or set off fireworks, destroy nature or landscapes, gamble, or engage in other activities that affect others or the environment within the park (including inside the tent). If facilities or equipment are damaged, compensation will be paid at the original price and a cleaning fee will be charged.
Smoking and chewing betel nuts are prohibited in the park. There are smoking areas. If you smoke in the room, you will have to pay the official website fee for that day.
The park prohibits illegal activities and the use of drugs and poisons, and will report to the police after verification in accordance with the law.
Guests staying in the hotel are kindly requested to lower the volume after 10pm.
The park is a natural environment where various species of indigenous people coexist. Please be careful of mosquitoes, insects, snakes and animals.
Due to natural terrain factors, the park may have height differences or various road conditions. Please pay attention to your own safety when visiting the park.
The park covers a large area, so parents are requested to accompany their children throughout the entire process to ensure safety.
Please keep your valuables by yourself when using the parking space. The park will not be responsible for any storage or compensation.
Please use the facilities in the tent with care. If any damage occurs, you will be required to pay for it. If you wish to purchase any, please refer to the price list of facilities and equipment and purchase from the service desk staff.
If there are any matters not covered, the park reserves the right to add, modify or interpret.

- Furry Kids Convention -

We welcome all friends who bring their pets to the park. Please be sure to check the park's pet-friendly convention before traveling and do what you can.
Do not leave your pet alone in the tent.
Please clean the soles of your pet's feet before entering the tent and do not allow them to get on the bed. Pets do not have the habit of defecating or urinating at fixed places, so please use diapers to keep the room and environment clean. If your pet urinates or defecates on bedding, furniture or carpet, the owner will be required to pay compensation based on the extent of the damage.
Please do not allow your pet to enter other tents or leave the designated activity area; please use a leash when outdoors to avoid disturbing others.
When in the park, please be sure to clean up your pet's feces and urine and leash or cage; do not allow your pet to defecate, urinate, blow or comb its hair in indoor spaces.
Please ensure that your pets keep the volume down and work together to maintain the quality of the park's space.
Pets are not allowed to use cups, bowls, plates, etc. in the tent or restaurant.
If you need to contact other people's pets, please ask the owner of the pet first; if there is a dispute between pets, please help coordinate and comfort them.
Pets entering the camp must be registered and vaccinated against rabies, and given flea and parasite prevention medication in advance.
Children with infectious diseases, sickness, aggressive behavior, and young pets are not allowed to enter the camp.
The park does not provide pet care or pet storage services.
If your pet behaves in a harmful manner towards other owners or pets in the park, both parties should coordinate follow-up matters on their own.
